Cheryl Tidd is the friendly face (and the driving force) behind our customer shuttle service. Serving as both a receptionist and our primary shuttle driver, Cheryl ensures that your service appointment doesn’t put a dent in your daily schedule. She is our resident expert in local navigation and "conversationalist-in-chief," making sure every ride to your home or office is as pleasant as it is efficient.
Whether she’s greeting you at the front desk or dropping you off at your destination, Cheryl’s mission is to provide a seamless transition while your vehicle is in the shop. Her commitment to hospitality and her upbeat energy are as unmistakable as her signature wardrobe—if there is a shade of purple in existence, Cheryl is likely wearing it.
